About Flow with Flo
Hi & Welcome. My name is Flo. I’m a yoga teacher extremely passionate about the mind-body connection and the way in which yoga can heal and transform us through breath and asana. I am a qualified and certified trauma sensitive yoga facilitator and have been practicing yoga for over 6 years. My mission is to create a healthy, safe and judgment free space for everyone to progress towards a healthier body, mind and spirit. The pace of these classes will be meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. The postures will be held longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. You can practise with me from the comfort of your home, roll your mat/towel, brew some tea, light a candle, burn incense, whatever that makes your soul happy. You can also contact me directly for in person bookings. No need for prior experience, beginners are absolutely welcome. With a focus on mindfulness and relaxation, my classes are designed to reduce stress and cultivate inner peace. Start your journey to a healthier you today.
